Responsible for achieving all standards for a single culinary workstation, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort specifications and standards. Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes. Performs as a team member with; Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers, Utility, and any pertinent Coushatta Casino Resort associate in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift. Follows all recipes and control procedures. Assists in all areas of food production as needed. Assists in all areas of Restaurant as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required and one to two years' experience as a cook's apprentice in a large, full service hotel or restaurant preferred.
