We are actively seeking an Experienced Controller to join our team. The person we desire is an experienced and results minded professional who wants to be a part of an exciting, growing HVAC Company. Responsibilities include actively managing a growing accounting staff to include AP, AR and Staff Accountants. Experience auditing financial processes and promoting changes where necessary to streamline efforts. Quickbooks knowledge is a must. Experience with HVAC and Service Titan a plus.

Responsibilities

· Oversee and actively manage an accounting staff, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Staff Accountants

Train, mentor and develop accounting staff

· Monitor and Maintain cash flow for operating accounts

Facilitate budgets and financial modeling in a hyper growth environment

· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings timely

· Reconciliation of Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable

· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity with senior members of Management

· Audit Financial transactions and documents for accuracy

· Audit accuracy between service software and QB reporting software

· Comply with all corporate financial policies and regulationsJob Type: Full-time
