Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Contract Portfolio Manger for the Strategic Sourcing Department at Corporate in Morristown to work 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Individual is responsible for creating cost analysis for every contract and conversion.
  • Responsible for resolving invoice discrepancies and review or reports.
  • Individual is responsible for utilizing financial concepts and processes to analyze total cost of ownership, determine impact of sourcing decisions and interpret financial data.
  • Individual will be responsible for managing the relationship between departments and suppliers.
  • The individual will be responsible for product conversions by identifying the appropriate cross by doing the cost analysis and presenting to the committees for approvals.
  • Each analyst utilizes benchmarking tools, provides market share baskets assesses the supply market conditions by analyzing the buyer community, supplier community, barriers to entry and substitute products.
  • Applies industry analysis in conjunction with product knowledge to assist in the development of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain or related field highly preferred)
Relevant Experience:
  • 2years of contracting experience in Health Care.
  • Must be advanced in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables etc..)
