ECS Learning Systems, makers of STAAR MASTER® and a leader in K-12 supplemental curriculum development, is looking for individuals with data entry experience to ingest content into our digital platform.

Location: This is a remote contract position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Copy and paste supplemental curriculum materials (passages and items from core subject areas) from PDF into digital delivery platform.
• Follow outlined procedure from established process documents.
• Track and report on ingestion progress.
• Work quickly, efficiently, and accurately to ensure quality, meet deadlines, and stay on schedule.
• Assist with preparing images and files to be uploaded into a content management systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry, content ingestion, or content management/content delivery systems, and/or a combination of the above-listed responsibilities (Required)
• Some college (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with content management systems and/or digital content delivery platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively individually and with a team
• Experience with graphic design software a plus (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator)

Compensation and Hours:

• This is a contractor position, which will include compensation based on a rate of $25.00 per hour.
• The expected number of hours per week ranges from 15-40.
• Project length will vary but is expected to last 2-3 months.
