We are currently seeking a Lease Administrator to join our industry-leading team. As the Leasing Administrator you will be responsible for providing property coordination for the Property Management team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, analyze, and interpret company agreements and municipal ordinance
- Advise internal department groups regarding local construction requirements, permitting and other legal obligations
- Interpret and understand company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to internal departments and outside vendors
- Draft written correspondences and negotiate, draft, review lease modification documents
- Review and approve site specific documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with third parties regarding scope of construction projects
- Project management – date entry, maintain milestone completion tracking in company database
- Verify data in company databases to ensure that files are up-to-date and accurate
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required from accredited university, with a minimum three (3) years of telecommunications or municipal planning experience
- Background in legal, contract management, or project management a plus
- Ability to comprehend legal documents such as permits, easements, leases, etc.
- Knowledge of local and regional zoning, planning, and land use procedures
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Acute attention to detail with strong problem resolution skills
- Ability to appropriately prioritize workflow and manage and complete multiple projects
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
