How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Contract Administrator, you will assist our Purchasing Manager with contract tracking, contract administration and will grow into a role with greater responsibility as the department continues to expand. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Maintain and update contract documents and official records, including correspondence, revisions, review and approval of contractual documents
  • Research contract issues and prepare analysis for presentation to Corporate Attorney
  • Review and verify that all company-required contractual clauses are included in all agreements
  • Provide direct contract support, review contractual documents to ensure the protection of the company’s contractual risk exposure, the satisfaction of requirements, and adherence to company policies
  • Assist with proposal preparation and conduct contract administration in accordance with company policy, legal requirements, and vendor specifications
  • Track and manage vendor/supplier performance and timelines in relation to contractual agreements
  • Track renewal or end dates; alert appropriate parties as these dates approach
  • Provide ongoing assistance to staff in the administration of contractual agreements
  • Maintain and administer contract database system; prepares status reports; reconcile differences
  • Conduct legal research as needed, at the direction of the corporate attorney
  • Perform filings, assist in creating templates and drafting documents
  • Supporting Legal and Purchasing department with reviewing and putting contracts in database system

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional-level experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Expertise in organization and time management
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Strong communication skills: ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Prior experience with Contract Logix or similar Contract Admin/Database programs is a plus
  • Advanced/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in Business Admin, Law, or Finance a plus
