As our contact center representative, you will answer members questions and calls each day. You will provide exceptional service to our members, resolving problems and recommending solutions. To thrive in this role, you must be driven to help others and provide exceptional service.

Cobalt Credit Union, based in Papillion, Nebraska, employs over 250 team members throughout our twenty-seven locations. Cobalt Credit Union was established in 1946 to serve the military and we now offer our services to all community members within the counties that we serve. As a not-for-profit company, our mission is to be our members' trusted financial partner providing tailored solutions to support them throughout their life events. Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Financial Institution: 1 year (Preferred)
  • call center: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
