CONSTRUCTION/ EXTERIOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE (San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, Riverside)

looking for at least 3-5 years experience –
Need to have reliable transportion/ truck preffered or van & hand tools
Looking for someone with experience in several of the following trades: Carpentry/Finish Carpentry, Drywall/Finish Drywall, Stucco, Concrete,
Plumbing, Painting, Interior remodels, Exterior Face-lifts
Waterproofing/Deck experience
Wood replacement
Must have cell phone to be able to communicate throughout the day (text messages and phone calls)

Work hours are from : 7:30 am – 4 pm Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
