Madden Industrial Craftsmen is a well-established staffing agency with clients throughout the Phoenix area. We are currently looking for several SAFETY COMPLIANCE workers to work with a local steel working company.
Safety Compliance Responsibilities:
- Their main duty is to ensure that the company complies and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to reduce work-related injuries.
- Responsible for planning and overseeing company’s employee safety at work.
- Support a safe work environment by maintaining documentation required by General Contractor via PROCORE, CMIC, Building Connect & BIM 360.
- Assist in process improvement, archiving documentation for OSHA review when needed & assist Competent Person with required documentation. (JHA, Pre-task Plan, Toolbox Talk & Equipment Inspections)
- Inspect building premises, team workstations, as well as all other common areas to ensure that the project site is complainant with Federal and Local state laws.
- Implement and maintain health & safety standards.
- Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Requirements and skills
- 2 years minimum experience
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines and practices
- Experience in reporting and developing policies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
