A-1 Homes and Development DBA Hampton Homes Coldwater, MI
We're a full-service General Contractor specializing in custom residential homes using modular construction. We are currently seeking to bring on a “project manager/carpenter” to the team. This highly-skilled individual must be very well rounded in the following disciplines:
Interior Finish Work-- trim, drywall, laminate, tile, cabinets, doors, etc.
Framing-- building stairways, decks, framing up partition walls, etc.
Exterior Finishes-- siding, roofing, flashing, etc.
Electric/Plumbing-- minor electrical and plumbing repairs only
Misc.-- minor drywall touch ups, cabinet touch-ups, etc. (final punch-list type items)
We will provide you with an office and large tools if you don't have them already, you will need to bring your own small tools. If you don't already have a work truck, we can discuss a company vehicle and/or enclosed trailer.
1 week paid vacation the first year, 2 weeks per year for year two and beyond, all major holidays paid.
We take on jobs within an hour and a half radius of Coldwater MI so living local would be very beneficial.
