Construction Contractor/ Laborers Job at Weidley Property Management
Weidley Property Management is looking to hire one or possibly multiple Contractors/Laborers for the Johnstown, PA Area. We are a Property Management Company throughout Blair, Clearfield and Cambria County in PA looking to bring a skilled laborer/contractor on board to assist in property maintenance and upkeep.
Skills for this position:
- Field Work Experience
- Ability to communicate with Tenants when needed
- Basic Knowledge of Construction and Repairs
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to Assess and Diagnois Maintenance Issues
- Drivers License is Required
- Willing to travel between job sites
- Plumbing / HVAC Experience is a plus but not required.
- Drywall/ Painting/ Framing Experience is a plus.
- Electrical Experience is a plus
- Carpentry/ Finish Carpentry Experience is a plus
- Masonry Experience is a plus
