Job Description:
Eagle Health LLC is seeking an experienced Concession Specialist to join our team supporting GSA/NCR Concession & Retail Tenant Services Branch, Washington, DC. The Concession Specialist supports the Concessions, Retail and Tenant Services Branch and performs duties under the direction of the Government. This includes overseeing existing concession contracts management held by the concession branch and operated by contractors from the hospitality industry, with specific responsibilities as follows:

  • Works closely with customer agencies, GSA area and building managers, Concessionaires and liaison representatives of other agencies
  • Conducts weekly/bi-weekly site visits to assigned accounts, or a frequency as may be directed by the Program Manager or COR
  • Conducts site visits to determine operating needs that are most beneficial to agency and GSA and are within the contract requirement
  • Prepares written findings and recommendations in a summary report(s) as maybe directed by Program Manager/COR
  • Inspects and evaluates cafeterias as directed in accordance with industry standards and or established branch policies and procedures and contractual obligations
  • Reviews and analyzes Management controls, monthly operating statement and annual budget, identifies successes and shortfalls and a course of remedial action as may be needed
  • Operating units assignments are determined the Program Manager or the COR and are based on the branch work load
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the COR, and that, such assigned duties are relevant to GSA concession program and responsibilities

Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma
  • 5 years experience in the food service industry specifically, but not entirely, food courts and cafeterias
  • 3 of the 5 years of experience in managing multiple locations (3 or more)
  • Shall possess and maintain proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other common business applications within GSA
  • ServSafe certified

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Obtain a contractor’s access badge
