Responsibilities :

• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Computer Repair Knowledge is a must ( Certifications preferred )
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users.
• Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary

• Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance

Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properly

• Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations

• Repair computer hardware as required
• Must account for all client repairs & notify customer for any updates in regards to the status of their computer.

• Test and implement new software programs for the company
• Must be detail-orientated with strong prioritization skills. Strong customer service skills are required.
• Assist with professional services upon request.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• Must hold Valid Driver's License.
• Must dress professionally and have professional conduct.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
