HomeServices of America is seeking a Compensation & HR Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Develops compensation guidelines and processes.
• Performs analysis of compensation payments and costs.
• Completes special projects that support employee compensation programs.
• Responsible for the ongoing administration of base pay and incentive pay programs.
• Maintenance and reporting support for the human resources information system other databases.
• Create and maintain custom reports for a variety of human resources projects and topics.
• Manage and execute all aspects of the annual compensation review process.
• Work with internal team members, subsidiary human resource and finance staff, and our parent company to execute the process.
• Performs collection, analysis and modelling of data to guide decision making related to a variety of labor activities such as compensation, staffing and labor planning, turnover, benefit participation and costs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources and Industrial Relations or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Compensation & HR Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Human Resources Specialist, or similar duties under a different job title.
• 3 years of experience working within a multi-state or multi-subsidiary environments.
• 3 years of experience with compensation and incentive/bonus plans administration.
• 3 years of experience performing advanced statistical compensation analysis.
• 3 years of experience working with HRIS, databases, and Excel.
• 3 years of experience working with state and federal legislation related to compensation and wage payments.

Flexible hybrid work week requires successful candidate to have ability to work in-person at the Edina, MN office (6800 France Ave. S., Ste. 610, Edina, MN 55435) and a home office located within normal commuting distance.
