Monday- Friday Hybrid Position

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides a variety of specialized services, including providing support and recommendations to recruiters and departments regarding job classifications, job offers, and salary levels. Assists with collecting, analyzing, and maintaining market data to ensure wage and salary programs are consistent with organizational goals. Assists with responses to salary surveys and evaluating jobs. Consults with senior member(s) of compensation team on a regular basis.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related field. Advanced Excel skills required.

Preferred: Experience in a health care setting. Experience in Compensation.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:

Required: N/A

Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and/or CCP certification
