About the Team
We're looking for a community manager to work with our Global Community team and Product teams to grow and support a robust US-based community of creators who can bring a delightful experience directly to our users.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $74000 - $145000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

About the Team
We're looking for a community manager to work with our Global Community team and Product teams to grow and support a robust US-based community of creators who can bring a delightful experience directly to our users.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute incubator creator programs to onboard and educate emerging and established creators
- Identify and onboard creators at scale I.e. hosting scaled office hours and webinars
- Develop strategies and programs to grow and scale the community and drive adoption and retention of TikTok products and content ecosystem including high-impact virtual and in-person events
- Execute community and engagement strategies for in-app campaigns
- Track and analyze key community metrics and identify rooms for further growth
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creator community to support product development
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields or equivalent experience (1-3 years)
- Experience with influencer management in developer or creator ecosystems, having strong connection pools with top creators and developer communities
- Demonstrated experience in online community building and engagement
- Experience in data analysis and insights reporting
- Experience in event management and creator management is a plus
- Results and solution-oriented professional who has a knack for building solid relationships on both the creator and business level
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
