GENERAL SUMMARY
Full Time Community Donation Attendant
Reports to Store Manager
Greets donors, receives donations, and offers tax receipt options for donated goods. Ensures that donations are secured in accordance with Thrift World requirements. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in unloading acceptable donations in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide tax receipt options to donors.
- Communicate with supervisory staff and co-workers.
- Accurately track all donations.
- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging, assisting, and thanking customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work donation center operating hours.
- Must be able to function independently in a work setting and can work with minimum supervision.
- Able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds occasionally.
- Driver's License (Preferred)
