This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to plan, create and implement strategic communications campaigns for customers of Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank. You will develop clear, concise and compelling communications to improve the customer experience, drive desired behavior and achieve business objectives. Must be a strong writer and editor, able to write various types of content, including letters, website copy, video scripts, talking points, emails, promotional materials and more. You will ensure consistency of tone and messaging on each channel, adhering to the company’s style and brand standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills are a must in order to meet deadlines and monitor project schedules with overlapping timelines. Above all, you must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to receive and address constructive feedback. This position requires a bachelor’s degree; the ideal candidate will have a degree in Journalism/Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, and one-three years’ experience. Knowledge of AP style strongly preferred. This position requires a working knowledge with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and design software preferred but not required.
