Starting Pay: $17.48/hr

The safe, effective and efficient operation of the Mount Dora Police Department communication center. To ensure proper and timely dispatching of police, animal control, fire, rescue, ambulance, wrecker, utility and public works personnel. To provide the citizens of Mount Dora and the personnel of this agency with the protection they deserve. To ensure proper recording of all departments activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Florida Driver s License required.
• Complete the required National Incident Management System (NIMS) training within 6 months of completion of probationary period.
