Our product mix is extensive and covers conventional, organic, and non-GMO whole grain and feed. Merus, LLC’s industry knowledge and expertise provides customers, vendors, and collaborators, with accurate, cost-conscious solutions for their diversified and ever-changing needs. We strive to create a positively memorable experience, before, during, and after each business transaction.
We are seeking motivated individuals to grow our presence geographically or with by adding more products. Merus is looking for either an experienced trader with or without a team & book as well as self-driven candidates capable of decision making and critical thinking who are willing to learn on the job.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Great phone skills
- Self Motivated with a strong financial drive
- Thrive in a high pressure environment
- Ability to think critically and "spot a deal" / " find an angle"
IDEAL CANDIDATES POSSESS SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience trading grain or feed commodities
- Experience sourcing for a feed mill, elevator, or plant.
- Understanding of futures markets and hedging
- Agricultural or farming background
- Purchasing manager experience in any industry
