Just Right Cleaning is a commercial and residential cleaning company. We are looking to partner with responsible, reliable, hardworking and passionate commercial/residential cleaners that have an eye for detail. This is part-time work. Hours vary. Days to perform work vary. Residential homes can be up to 4 hours a day. Hours depend on the need of the customers. However, most residential cleaning is performed between 9:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday.

We are primarily looking to hire residential cleaners but a mixture of both commercial and residential cleaning will be needed. Commercial buildings can be 3-6 hours a day, any day of the week and cleaning is performed in the evening/night when the building closes or early morning before the building opens.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

-General cleaning of homes and/or commercial buildings keeping them maintained, clean and in good condition

-Able to work a flexible schedule

-Able to travel and work in areas nearby

-Able to fill-in if needed

-Able to work on call if needed

-Dusting

-Cleaning of surfaces

-Cleaning of bathrooms

-Cleaning of kitchen

-Collect and dispose of trash

-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

-Keep cleaning supplies in stock

-Work and communicate with Management/owner when necessary

Cleaner Requirements:

-Ability to manage your time efficiently

-Work well when supervisors are not present

-Handle basic cleaning tasks

-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies

-Must have great communication skills

-Able to use basic cleaning equipment

-Multiple people are encouraged to apply because we have several buildings in the area

To keep our team members as safe as possible, we provide them with gloves, mask, and sanitizer.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
