The ComEx Planning & Operations manager plays an important role in bringing the ComEx ambition to life.

About the Role

This role reports directly into the Director of Strategy & Planning and is responsible for the US development of learning experiences across the entire portfolio serving the commercial BBU business. This individual will be responsible for establishing strategy and ways of working that drive commercial learning transformation in this area of specialty. This role will partner with US stakeholders and preferred vendors to ensure successful development of innovative, world-class learning experiences that accelerate performance. Key to this role is the ability to work collaboratively and be a trusted partner with business stakeholders; ability to establish new ways of working, communicate, engage and align stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization; and be proactive, efficient, and agile with a strategic, enterprise and growth mindset.

Specifically, this person will:

  • Drive US Performance Lab by partnering across ComEx and the business. Evolve and deliver experience based on best practices, primary and specialty care needs, and measurement results.
  • Manage US & Global ComEx Budget
  • Manage and lead Indegene OSP team to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ownership of end-end onboarding operations
  • Evolve learning implementation blueprint that encompasses US needs and best practices.
  • Streamline communication across teams and enhance ways of working.
  • Partner with HR Learning Transformation team to develop content management standards and enhance the learning ecosystem.
  • Partner with Measurement and Capability teams to evolve learning experiences to meet the needs of the modern learner
  • Strengthen vendor alignment and establish standards for quality efficiencies.
