Responsibilities


Classification: Non-Exempt/Non-Bargaining

Position may be located in: Mankato, MN; Mattoon, IL; Conroe, TX; Roseville,CA

  • Calculates and quotes early termination fees and credits for billing disputes on Disconnects.
  • Facilitates conversations with both internal and external customers to process disconnects so they don’t negatively impact the customers network.
  • Enters PRISM and Netcracker orders for all Disconnects in the Legacy and Noth markets.
  • Oversees and functions as the primary customer liaison for post install DID adds and/or Port Ins and IP addresses add / changes .
  • Knowledge of product offerings and billing system codes in markets specific to PRISM billing system.
  • Meet or exceed department performance metrics.
  • Report to work on time and maintain satisfactory attendance.

Qualifications


  • Candidate must possess the ability to learn quickly, understand multiple processes by service area in multiple system applications.
  • Candidate must be flexible and adapt to new methods and procedures with positivity.
  • Strong communication skills for professional communication with internal/external customer.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Skilled at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting intervals.
  • Must have experience with Office.
  • Must possess strong technical aptitude of the products we serve
  • Prism and Salesforce system knowledge preferred. Netcracker experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work after hours and weekends if needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
