PrairieFire Coffee is growing again - we are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic team member who is driven to succeed as our next Coffee Route Sales Rep! Primary duties include delivering great coffee to even better people!

Whether you are new to sales or a seasoned veteran, this position is an ideal fit for you if you are self-motivated and prefer the flexibility of planning your own day out in the field. PrairieFire Coffee offers our Coffee Route Sales Rep a base or commission salary plan, whichever is greater!

Our Coffee Route Sales Rep will focus on creating and building lifetime customers, and providing ongoing customer support to customer accounts. PrairieFire Coffee is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. We provide all of our employees with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitization supplies to safely perform their job in the field and office. Employees are following the proper CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. The latest technology allows our field employees to communicate with customers prior to their visit in order to avoid close contact and keep everyone safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue through excellent account management, networking, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships in the community
  • Ensure that all route stops are accounted for and customers' request for inventory and supplies have been met
  • Promptly respond to customer requests and follow up in a timely manner
  • Product ordering & inventory management to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Properly stock company vehicle with product and equipment to ensure consumer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
  • Light knowledge of plumbing and electrical helpful
  • Must be at least 21 with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check as per company requirements
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a repetitive basis.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, reach above the head, and get into tight spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
