- Development of a comprehensive Basketball program including by working in coordination with the AD in the following areas:
- Parental Organization/Organization of Parent Pre-Season meeting
- Working with Youth Organizations
- Equipment/Uniforms
- Budget
- Transportation
- Fundraising
- End of Season Banquet
- Daily Practice Schedule
- Game Scheduling
- Monitor Student-athletes Academic Progress
- Public Relations
- Staffing of Lower Level and Assistant Coaches
- Attendance at Conference and Section Coaches Meetings
- Preparation and Promotion of Athletes for a Post High School Experience
