CNC Machinist Job at Air Way Automation, Inc.

Job Responsibilities
- G and M code program on the machines for small batch runs
- Setup and operate CNC machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Plan tooling requirements
- Verify setting by first part inspection
- Document actions by completing production and saving programs
- Observe continuing improvement methods

Required Work Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Machining
- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC programming
- Mastercam or Featurecam experience a plus
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- Fanuc, Fadal, and or Haas experienced preferred
- Proactive, resourceful and highly motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work in high output environment
- Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in team environments
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
