How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, provide personal care to patients/residents.
• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.
• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents’ rights and confidentiality.
• Partner with Nurses (RN's and LPN's) and Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care

CNA Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• A passion to care for the residents in our community
• Certified in the state where applying or have active / current licensure in alternative state (ask us about our Reciprocity Process!)
• Available to work weekends

About Bay Breeze Senior Living and Rehabilitation Center

Bay Breeze Senior Living & Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility, complete with an additional 30 rooms for assisted living. Bay Breeze the only skilled nursing facility located in Santa Rosa County. We offer sub-acute skilled nursing care, rehabilitation and long term care on one campus in a comfortable setting. Bay Breeze Health and Rehabilitation center is known as a National Quality Award winner by the American Health Care Association.

We understand that every moment counts and we are dedicated in making sure our patients/residents continue to enjoy theirs. We are committed to providing quality healthcare in a safe environment and understand the need for COVID vaccinations. As stated by CMS, December 5, 2021, all healthcare associates will need to have received their first dose of a COVID vaccine and must be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022. We offer all 3 of the vaccines at no cost to all current associates and new hires. Any medical or religious exemptions will be reviewed for approval.
