JOB SUMMARY:
The DUP Coordinator serves in a dual role capacity by assisting with both contract management and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, lenders, and Title Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contract management/ audit
  • Appraisers point of contact to provide comparable sales
  • Process cancellations/ refunds
  • Data entry/ backlog maintenance
  • Internal builder detail schedules providing data for closing documents
  • Start letters/ BCL letters
  • Work with title companies for accurate closings
  • Work with outside lenders on loan approvals/ appraisals/ closings
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
  • Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Prefer at least 1 year of direct mortgage/lending experience.
  • Prior homebuilding or residential real estate experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships.
  • Action oriented, with the drive to push projects and tasks to successful closure.
  • Proven ability of being customer centric by seeking solutions from the customer’s perspective
  • Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively.
  • Strong ability to work within a team-setting, inclusive of other’s ideas, and a willingness to cooperate.
  • Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Florida Notary preferred but not required.
Work Requirements:
  • Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary. *Subject to change during month, quarter, and year end, and/or as needed.
  • Complete all tasks timely and accurately, maintain certain tasks daily/weekly/monthly as required.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company.
  • Work from division office.
