We are seeking to hire a Full-time Registered Nurses (RN) Clinical Manager for our Home Health Care Agency.
Location: Summit County. Salaried position starting at 80-85k.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
We are seeking to hire a Full-time Registered Nurses (RN) Clinical Manager for our Home Health Care Agency.
Location: Summit County. Salaried position starting at 80-85k.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a clinical manager.
- Must understand F2F CMS requirements.
- Must understand CMS Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations.
- Must be able to provide oversight and leadership over the nursing department.
- Be familiar with the intake process, physician order management, and PCR submission.
- Must be willing to train and orient new staff to the agency as well as provide competency and skills check-offs in the field.
- Must be proficient with wound care, infusion, and complex nursing cases.
- Must be able to lead QAPI projects.
- Prefer coding and Oasis certifications but not necessary.
- Must be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the home health agency in the absence of the Executive Director.
- Experience with Wellsky/Kinnser EMR and SHP is preferred but not mandatory.
