POSITION: Clinic Coordinator - Sexual and Reproductive Health Services

PROGRAM: Sexual & Reproductive Health Services

HOURS: Fulltime, Monday through Friday, 1-2 evenings per week

SALARY: $65,000/Annually

LOCATION: Brockton

DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Clinic Operations, the Clinic Coordinator will:

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks including financial controls, inventory, supply ordering, travel and timecards.
  • Ensure customer service/focus and increased client access.
  • Supervise daily clinic staff duties under the guidance of Regional Director of Clinic Operations
  • Monitor clinic booking and flow to ensure quality patient care and timely appointment access.
  • Identify and provide resolution for daily clinic operations problems.
  • Train new SRH clinic staff
  • Ensure services are culturally and linguistically competent.
  • Support provision of clinical services by serving as a back-up for medical assistant, medical receptionist, and reproductive health counselor as needed.
  • Complete accurate documentation including data submission, timely reports, and patient records per protocols and guidelines.
  • Attend Management meetings.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external programs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Regional Director of Clinic Operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma and minimum of 3 years of experience providing reproductive health counseling and/or medical assisting and health education; demonstrated willingness and ability to take on additional administrative tasks to provide support for clinic operations; demonstrated ability to identify and problem solve daily clinic operation issues as they arise; strong client-centered service skills; demonstrated ability to communicate unbiased reproductive health information to adolescent and adult patients in an effective and culturally competent, non-judgmental manner; experience working with low income and vulnerable populations; excellent written and oral communication skills in English; computer literacy essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Medical Assistant Certificate; College degree; 2+ years supervisor experience
