Golden Steps ABA is dedicated to hiring qualified, caring RBT’s for our Clinic in the state of Georgia to provide the highest standard of care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities and Duties:

• Direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols
• Daily in-vivo training and collaboration with colleagues
• Accurately collects behavior data during direct observations using data collection systems
• Available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings deemed necessary by supporting BCBA.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Great writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check
• Strong organizational and time management skills along with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
