Client Support, Return Mail Processing Job at Acara Solutions
Acara Solutions is looking for a Client Support, Return Mail Processor for our client located in West Henrietta, NY
- Individual will work mostly independently.
- Return mail is delivered daily and they will be responsible for logging it into the system and preparing new packages to be mailed out.
- Needed calling Clients to validate business address.
- Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and are resolved in accordance with client's policies and procedures.
- Assist with other data entry tasks as needed.
- Delivers quality service to client's clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of their tasks.
- Uses systems and software packages, which include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
Pay and Benefits:
- The Salary for this position is $16.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Data Entry and Computer Literacy.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Able to lift 10-20 pounds.
