SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Retail Client Services, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Building and working with project teams, taking direction from the Account Manager, and ensuring quality control throughout life cycles are central to this position. We achieve optimal results by implementing the Anderson Approach, which consists of Collaboration, Presell and Awareness, Implementation, Reporting, and Post Reporting.

SUPERVISION:
The Retail Client Services Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Client Services, but will also receive direction from the Account Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, include but are not limited to the following:
Collaboration:
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.

Pre-Sell and Awareness:
Communicate through campaign/campaign elements via DASH.
Review the work/scope to Anderson Merchandisers’ Client Services’ Leaders and field leaders and determine KPIs.
Communicate features and benefits to Field Teams and WWHY.

Implementation:
Manage project development from initiation to closure. Sequence activities to meet delivery dates and define quality expectations and targets.
Meet Company/Retailer/Client execution, compliance and accuracy standards and metrics for all projects.
Set up and monitor dashboard reporting for projects and programs in order to take real-time corrective action to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Reporting:
Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to Account Managers and stakeholders.

Post Reporting:
Supports revenue mining efforts of Account Manager to increase proactive approach.
Helps identify clients from present and past projects.
Helps monitor and alert account manager on client contact frequency.
Assists with building post project reports on all initiatives, projects – with client and retailer.
Assists with appropriate timing and data support needed for post reporting conversation and efforts.
Ensures invoicing is on time and correct to support account manager.
Helps define future enhancements to program.
Showcases the value and level of service and ROI.
**Begins planning for future work and projects -Ask for more business!
Leads to opportunity to establish need for continuity work.
Leads to assessment opportunities of category approach.
Assists with building client specific case studies and QBR review data and presentations.
Maintains productive relationships and future work focused relationship.
Assess WWHY data and reviews for best practices and system enhancements.
Develops tools and best practices for project management and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
