We are actively looking for a Full-Time Client Service Associate to provide support for admitting clients to SAGE through appointment scheduling, triaging incoming referrals, data entry into the electronic health record, maintaining client files, and completing outgoing calls for services.
The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in office administrative.
We have Full-Time schedules available! Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
This position will have in-person training at the SAGE office in Maryvale (53rd Ave, Phx, 85031) for 90 days, and then will have the opportunity to work remotely from home.
Bilingual differential pay for those bilingual in Spanish!!!

Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. AA in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
- Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Differential pay offered!
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
