Position Summary

Support Environmental Compliance and Planning department with administrative/clerical support to include but not limited to timesheet entries, invoice processing, expense reports, monthly activity reports, etc.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Time Exception Process - Coordinate, track and enter exception reporting and account codes into SAP for Division accurately and prior to due dates.
  • Service Entry Sheets - Coordinate and enter reporting and account codes for SES into SAP accurately and prior to due dates.
  • Expense Reports - Assist Staff complete their expense reports.
  • Preparing Monthly Report, Environmental Dashboard and ECRI Report; making sure it is submitted accordingly via email to the responsible people,
  • Creating NPO's and communicating with Financial Services.
  • Provide support by relieving other positions within the Business Area
  • Maintain paper file records
  • Coordinate, develop, and maintain statistical reports
  • Answer telephone calls and provide information/direction to both internal and external contacts
  • Basic math skills (addition, math, multiplication, and division); Demonstrated ability to work with numbers; 10-key skills
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Working Environment

Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Ability to travel between business related events. Work hours may be extended.
