Position Summary
Support Environmental Compliance and Planning department with administrative/clerical support to include but not limited to timesheet entries, invoice processing, expense reports, monthly activity reports, etc.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Time Exception Process - Coordinate, track and enter exception reporting and account codes into SAP for Division accurately and prior to due dates.
- Service Entry Sheets - Coordinate and enter reporting and account codes for SES into SAP accurately and prior to due dates.
- Expense Reports - Assist Staff complete their expense reports.
- Preparing Monthly Report, Environmental Dashboard and ECRI Report; making sure it is submitted accordingly via email to the responsible people,
- Creating NPO's and communicating with Financial Services.
- Provide support by relieving other positions within the Business Area
- Maintain paper file records
- Coordinate, develop, and maintain statistical reports
- Answer telephone calls and provide information/direction to both internal and external contacts
- Basic math skills (addition, math, multiplication, and division); Demonstrated ability to work with numbers; 10-key skills
- Performs other duties as assigned
