Clerk Job at The County Cupboard

The County Cupboard Wautoma, WI 54982

The Cupboard is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, whose aim is to generate funds from donated items. Those funds benefit other nonprofit organizations, and the people of the Waushara County Area.

Our work environment includes:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Relaxed atmosphere

We are looking for two part-time Clerks.

Clerks process the donations we receive from the community, such as clothes and linen. They sort through the donations and decide what we should keep, what should be given to Orphan Grain Train (volunteer network that ships donations to people in need), and what should be thrown away. Clerks price the items, and then hang up/put out the sorted-through items to be sold. They also assist customers and check them out at the register.

We are in need of TWO Clerks to split the hours of Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm, and a rotating Saturday: 8:30am - 2pm. We would like these hours to be split between two Clerks, but we are flexible with how the hours are divided. In the Application Questions, be sure to answer the question: "Of the hours listed in the job description, which are you available to work?"
