THIS POSITION IS TO REPORT ON-SITE AT OUR OFFICE IN HENDERSONVILLE, TENNESSEE.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (40-hour work week)

Daily flexibility in work hours – Can start anytime between 7 am central time and 9 am central time. Must work 8 hours daily.

The Clerical Assistant is responsible for filing, mailing, scanning, organizing, and creating documents. The Clerical Assistant will need to have the flexibility and ability to learn hospital systems. The Clerical Assistant is expected to maintain compliance and complete all daily job duties with accuracy and within the guidelines of company policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

1. Perform office duties.

2. Perform clerical duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma
  • 6 months to one year of similar clerical experience (additional equivalent education above the required minimum may substitute for the required level of experience)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any past administrative or customer service jobs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Basic Keyboarding skills.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and aptitude for retrieving, analyzing, entering, and verifying information using a combination of systems
  • Must be able to quickly learn and expeditiously apply company rules, policies and procedures related to HIPPA and compliance
