Associated Couriers provides a unique delivery service for the medical sector and is looking for a safe and dependable Full-Time CDL Class A Hazmat Delivery Driver to join our Acton, MA team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday over the road; Home every weekend

Pay: $75,000 annually plus a $300 weekly meal reimbursement

Overview: Driver will complete pick ups in Boston, MA, New Jersey, Detroit, Michigan and St. Louis, MO each week. A tractor trailer with a cab for sleeping will be used for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations daily
• Transport freight from distribution to delivery site without error
• Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Completes Hazardous Material shipping orders papers in accordance with DOT/TC Regulations
• Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
• Load and unload freight to and from vehicle using safety perimeters that are put into place
• Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle
• Follow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
• Track and report working hours
• Responsible for counting and recording quantities and styles of product delivered and picked up to ensure accurate paperwork for customer transactions
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
• Provide a high standard of Customer Service while delivering goods to customers
• Other responsibilities as delegated by management

• 
  Has CDL Class A license with hazmat endorsement
• Has a highschool diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test to meet FMSCA requirements
• A current DOT medical card
• Be able to work out of Acton, MA
• Ability to lift up to 105 lbs
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
