Class A CDL Driver Job at Serv-U-Success
The CDL A Truck Driver will be delivering daily in large distribution centers in a 4-state area. This position must be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently.
This position works 10-12 hours per day. If the Driver drives the Tipp City distribution Center route, it is an average of 3 stops per day with no touch freight, drop and hook and live load. The Tipp City Route drivers will work 12-14 hours per day with most of their time spent seated while driving the truck.
3 day work week Monday - Saturday
Will be home every night

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts pre-trip and post trip inspections. This involves bending and stooping, as all mechanical components are checked for proper operation.
Drivers will open the “roll up” or swing door on the trailer and at times operate a manual pallet jack at each stop.
The Driver uncouples the trailer from the truck at delivery stops and once the delivery route is complete.
Desired Education, Skills & Experience
A valid CDL “A” LICENSE is required with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Must have a valid DOT medical card or qualify for one and maintain a valid card, have a qualifying CSA score, and cannot have more than 3 points on their license.
This position must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
This position must also pass State Consortium random drug and alcohol screens while employed.
Salary is $850 per week based off a 3 day work week. If you choose to work more days, an additional $250 per day will be paid.
