POSITION TITLE: Operator 2, Machine Liquid

REPORTING TO: Supervisor, Production

LOCATION: St. Albans, VT

The Operator 2, Machine Liquid position is responsible for staging and mixing raw materials on the lines.

SHIFT HOURS: VARIED. NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS OF $2.00 OR $4.00 PER HOUR

· Perform the duties of an Operator 1, Machine Liquid

· Operate batch controller systems, perform data SAP entries

· Perform viscosity and quality checks on the line sampling

· Correct the consistency of paste in a mixer and transfer the chocolate as needed

· Operate equipment PLC’s

· Package finished goods

· Track inventory, clean magnets and document HACCP

· Cross train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid

About you:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Math skills required

· One (1) year manufacturing experience, required

· Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time

· Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently

· Ability to climb stairs, often

· Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often

· Comfortable working at heights

· Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility

· Noise level can exceed .85 decibels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.80 per hour
