As a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant for us, you utilize your excellent customer service skills and help run the front desk of our office. You are a vibrant, extroverted, and positive individual who is the first person that our patients see when they arrive at our clinic. You are mission-driven and eager to help and assist our patients in any way you can. You guide our patients, work on the computer, and keep the office flow organized.   • Basic proficiency with computers
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Skills such as High Level of Awareness/ Organized, Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking/ Calmness Amongst Chaos, Personable/Communication, Boldness/Confidence

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet and check patients in
  • Assign patients to rooms
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer incoming calls (must be super comfortable on the phone!)
  • Promote "promotions" with hand-outs, flyers, and communications
  • Prepare and organize patient paperwork/files
  • Manage patient appointments and office flow
  • Prepare huddle sheet and lead team huddle
  • Inform doctors of patient arrival for special appointments
  • Missed appointment phone calls
  • New Patient confirmation phone calls
  • Other responsibilities to be discussed

Schedule:

Mon, Wed, Thurs: 6:40 a.m. - 11a.m. (12:30 p.m. depending on reports) 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. (7:30 p.m. depending on reports).

Tuesday: Team Training/Meetings 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., office opens 2:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

  • Weekend availability is also a requirement as we attend large shows around the community to promote the office. All employees will know at least 2 weeks in advance when they are to work on a weekend. Typically, you will not work more than 4 hours on weekends. Employees also receive bonuses at these events!

Compensation:

$17.00-$20.00 per hour w/ estimated 33-38hrs/week. After successfully completing 90-days of training, an increase in compensation will be considered.
