We have several office locations: one in the rolling hills of Brentwood, TN, another in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar Beach, and a third one in the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an on-site, in the office, be-around-other-humans position. The dress code is pretty relaxed; wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This position will be located in our Brentwood, TN office.

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth across all of our business lines. OMNICOMMANDER has since its inception, always been a “sales organization” - this means that you will be the most visible person with the highest responsibility within the company. You will work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. You will drive both our US and International growth and will be responsible for launching new products. The CRO will work closely with the CEO/CFO on reporting projections and in-depth projections on deal flows.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a revenue strategy that drives growth and achieves OMNICOMMANDER’s ambitious business goals.
Build out, lead and manage all of the company's revenue streams, including recurring revenue, annual fee increases, upsells, and net new sales.
Closely monitor and manage the team leaders responsible for revenue, as well as drive new product innovation to supplement additional revenue.
Lead the development and implementation of processes and systems to optimize and manage all of OMNICOMMANDER’s revenue streams.
Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to drive net new sales and upsells.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales and marketing plans.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of the company's revenue efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to set revenue targets and develop effective sales processes and strategies.
Provide regular reports on revenue performance to the CEO and executive team, including insights and recommendations for improvement
Develop and execute a strong go-to-market plan that delivers very rapid revenue growth year-over-year to both new and existing clients.
Create and manage a rigorous sales process and an appropriate team structure to effectively execute on sales goals.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support the overall revenue strategy.
Act as the company's primary spokesperson on revenue matters, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

What you need for this role:

Demonstrated multi-year (15+ years) executive experience in enterprise sales, marketing, revenue management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS, IT services, fintech, marketing, cybersecurity, or similar sectors required.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience, including the ability to build, inspire and motivate a team.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and drive results.
Working knowledge of technological trends, technologies, and tools.
Experience working in a high-growth environment and a track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
