Aerotas is a small but rapidly growing, technology services business looking for a highly qualified Chief of Staff to support our CEO and senior leadership team.

From day one the Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact by taking on various must get done projects to help keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll have significant impact on our productivity and effectiveness by streamlining operations and helping us put in place the right systems and processes to successfully scale the business to the next level. The right individual will have proven experience in a consulting or operations management role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational cadence of the business by setting agendas for and leading weekly management meetings and regular monthly, quarterly and annual planning sessions.
  • Help coordinate sales, customer success, and delivery efforts by making sure clients have a seamless customer journey and the teams have what they need to operate efficiently and effectively together to deliver value to our customers.
  • Help develop marketing programs to support our sales efforts.
  • Coordinate the hiring and onboarding of new employees and related state filings.
  • Develop and manage KPI dashboards and performance models for the business.
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s strongly preferred) in Business Administration or similar field
  • 3-7 years in a consulting or operations management role
  • Proven experience organizing and working with multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator across email, chat, video communication platforms, and in person
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong hard skills around data analytics, and developing and managing KPI dashboards
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, exercising sound judgment, and being proactive.

  • Experience developing and managing company quarterly goals/OKR’s

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
