Sodexo's Airport Lounge Segment is hiring a Chef Manager
at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)!

An oasis away from the airport hustle, our Delta Sky Clubs/Lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the world. Grow your culinary career! We are seeking candidates with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. We do need evening and weekend availability for this role, but this is a great quality of life opportunity with no late nights!


The successful candidate will:

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
  • comfortable running both FOH and BOH operations;
  • able to handle guests and client concerns
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets).
