THE JOB:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teach children between the ages of 2-10 character development and soccer skills
- Create a safe, fun, environment for children through the game of soccer
- Be FUN and have a great sense of humor
- Compensation $17-$22 PER session coached. Sessions can be 30, 45, or 55 mins long depending on the age group you are working with!
- $17 for training & assisting
- $16.50 for any admin duties
- $200 signing bonus for completed 12 Early Childhood Education units
- We provide financial assistance for 12 ECE units that you complete with us within 6 months of employment along with a raise once courses are completed

- Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and be ready to have fun!
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid Driver’s License (we drive all over San Diego County)
- DOJ & FBI Cleared background check we will provide this for you once offered the position
- Immunizations (TB test, MMR, Tdap)
- COVID19 Vaccine if you have received it (not required for this position)
- CPR Certification (not needed on hire date, must be completed within first 6 months of employment)
- Minimum of a 1 year commitment upon on boarding
- Must already live in San Diego at the time of application
- Employment is contingent on cleared FBI & DOJ Livescan
SCHEDULE:
- We have a flexible work schedule and will work with your availability
- Be available 90% of operating hours, Saturdays required
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week
