JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Be the project and change manager of the roll-out strategy for Fund Services digitization program
    • Preparation and sequencing of the steps to be ready for activation
    • Close collaboration with Business Unit leaders, Platform Delivery Teams (Fund Services Systems), Operation/Delivery teams and clients
    • Set-up the plan for client adoption in 2023
      • Pilot clients
      • Existing clients/existing funds
      • Existing clients/new funds
      • New clients/new funds
    • Improve and prepare the subsequent roll-out to reach extra scale
      • Checklist improvement and maintenance
      • Provide view if this activity could be digitize going forward
    • Visibility on the product backlog and participate in the prioritization exercise
    • Be the single point of contact for clients and end-users involved on the rollout
  • Actively engaged with all FS stakeholders (Platform Delivery team, Technology team, PEGA Center Of Excellence, Operational team, Regional executives, Clients…)
  • Provide view and metric on the adoption of the Fund Services digitization program roll-out
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and flex style appropriately to achieve the right outcomes
  • Report to Program executives on progress and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines impacting teams in multiple US locations (Chicago, Salt Lake City, Boston, Indianapolis and Darien CT.)
  • Change management
    • Define and monitor the change management roadmap including training, communication and support
    • Drive the training and adoption approach for internal and external users with facilitators and participants
    • Monitor the support model and ensure consistent and qualitative internal and external support
    • Report on adoption KPIs and monitor benefits on the platform
    • Support prioritization of change requests and new features


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Have a Consulting, Software Implementation and or Finance/Alternative assets background
  • Demonstrated capabilities in change management activities and software roll-out
  • Previous experience of working within a large program and a hybrid team (on-shore / near-shore / off-shore)
  • Ability to engage with large and small audience from junior to executive profiles on both technical and business topics
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Understanding and practical experience of project management and change management methodologies such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2 and PROSCI
  • Ability to travel to within the US to internal and external client sites.
