Certified Security Guard Instructor/Trainer Job at SECURITY USA INC.
Security USA, Inc., a New York, Long Island and Florida Security Company, is located in Midtown Manhattan, Melville, NY and Hallandale Beach, Florida. We provide both personal and commercial security guards as well as expert security services to organizations throughout NYC and beyond including Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and South Florida.
Security USA currently hiring a Security Training Instructor who is responsible for the design, development in-house onsite guard training based on established job site SOP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable to maintain excellent communication with all supervisors & Guards.
Develop and conduct training programs for new hires and current employees
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organization skills
10+ years’ working in the security services industry
Knowledge of security software
NY/SORA Instructor's certification
Must have at least 5 years security guard training/management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
