Duration: 6 weeks contract (possible for extension)

Hours per Week: 24- every other weekend

Shift and Time: 6p-6a, every other weekend

Schedule Details: Part Time

Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

Holidays Req: As scheduled

Floating Req: Must float to similar units

Experience Req: 12 months experience in last 18 months

Experience Preferred: PCC Charting

License Required: CNA License at IL, State License

Certificates Required: BLS by AHA

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
• Serve meals and assist with feedings
• Take and record vital signs
• Distribute and change bed pans
• Provide companionship and basic care to patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Thirst for knowledge and intense desire to help others in need.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to work well in teams

Requirements

• Must have active CNA Certification
• Must pass all required state background checks
• Must have current CPR card
• Must have health exam from the past 12 months and be cleared to work without restrictions
• Must have current TB Test & required immunizations

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
