Here at APS Clinical, specialty device sales is our specialty.

Our positions pay so well because you can do them part-time, visiting clinics near you to close supply sale deals that pay you as the sales rep a significant portion of the sales.

We are in the process of helping to launch a surgical device line that is going to compete head to head with the multi-billion dollar medical device incumbents.

The market for these devices is every surgery center (both inpatient and outpatient) in the USA. That's a lot of ground to cover.

These devices are FDA approved and truly have quality that is superior to the incumbents. The problem is - doctors have to try them to believe them. More importantly even - the nursing staff at clinics across the US need to believe in the product, LIKE the sales reps and people behind it, and not complain to the doctors about having to learn a new product which can really mess up the sale. Precision sampling is the key to making this launch work.

That's where you come in.

We are seeking CMAs or CNAs (certification is required) to speak to the CMAs / CNAs at these centers either via Zoom or in-person training. Even if it's a Zoom training, we typically send lunch to the center so they're eating while on a Zoom call with you are talking to them showing how to use the devices. The goal is to build rapport and get a sense of their existing relationship with the competitors. The doctors sometimes jump in but really this is about making sure the staff is onboard.

We are seeking CMAs or CNAs that are truly rare - you have both a clinical mindset but are also sales savvy and gregarious / social so that maintaining a healthy relationship with the staff at these centers is not only possible - but natural. Sales is all about trust and we believe trust is about being genuine.

This is intended to be a part-time job with extremely flexible hours - you can work when and where you want. We will book sales calls for you and you just have to show up (either via Zoom or in person). Sometimes, it really helps to be local and be able to stop by the clinic with samples in hand. But to keep costs down, if you speak to a member of a clinic and they assure you they'll get the sample into the doctor's hand for trial, and then use it and give feedback about it - it can work just fine.
