Meridian is seeking a medical assistant for family medicine / primary care. Main office is in Oxon Hill, MD. The position is primarily located in our extended trailer location on Good Hope Road in Southeast DC. Candidate will work with another provider and medical assistant at this location. Must be proactive, organized and give attention to detail. Should be able to do:
- Phlebotomy
- Prior authorization
- Vaccine and Medication management
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry
- Insurance verification
- Inventory Management
***Excellent customer service required.*** Must be prompt.
Office hours are : Tues, Wed, Thurs, 11am - 7pm ; Friday 11am - 5p, Sat 10-3p
